Infrastructure for Resilience
While the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has made progress, we need a strategic plan that prioritizes:
✔ Upgrading drainage systems to handle record rainfall
✔ Strengthening reservoirs and bayous to prevent overflow
✔ Partnering with local & state governments for coordinated action
