That said, the government has essential responsibilities:

- Protecting Social Security, Medicare & Medicaid – Keeping our promises to seniors and vulnerable Americans.
- Investing in Infrastructure – Building and maintaining roads, bridges, and broadband access.
- Clean Water & Air – Ensuring environmental protections that directly impact public health.
- State & Local Partnerships – Supporting essential services without federal overreach.
Fiscal responsibility must be a priority. I will partner to ensure taxpayer dollars are spent wisely, cutting wasteful programs, eliminating fraud, and demanding accountability. We must balance financial sustainability with meeting the core needs of the American people—because Washington should work for you, not for special interests or bureaucrats.
